When managers return to the dealership we make it easy for them to implement by providing the platform and tools necessary. These tools set up accountability and make continual improvement a standard practice in the sales department.

KintzNOW on-demand training is accessible to every person at the dealership 24/7, with no user caps or up-charges. This online component of the program includes full sales consultant training, manager training, sales meetings, and fixed operations training.

Kintz All-Access Program begins with a highly interactive, hands-on, off-site workshop designed to help Dealers, GM’s and Managers drive their dealerships to the next level.

Facilitated by Tim Kintz, this two-day session is purpose-built to set the tone for what comes next. Here, we help attendees leverage their role as a leader, coach, and trainer in the organization, and gain the critical buy-in needed so that management takes ownership of the broader training initiative.
