This course is meant for sales managers who are prepared to make the mental shift from being a boss to being a mentor and coach. In this workshop, we’ll take a good look in the mirror to evaluate our own abilities, take stock of the current dealership playing field, then roll up our sleeves with hands-on role plays to advance skills.
