Executive Administrative Assistant

Founded in 2014 and based in Dallas Texas, Kintz Group, LLC is the most relevant automotive training company, known for producing world class leadership, management and sales improvement systems.
We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support of our company.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact among the executive staff, employees, and clients
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage calendars and set-up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply and product inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls
  • Organize and maintain office filing
Requirements and Skills:
  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Google Suite experience - word processing, spreadsheets, calendar and email
  • Project coordination on day-to-day tasks
  • Event Planning for conferences, workshops, speaking engagements
  • Customer service
  • Proofreading written text for typographical consistency, grammar and spelling

Creative Director

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to devise our marketing strategy, create content, and monitor its progress. You will need to conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion. Particularly around brand strategy and social media. * Collaborate with our operations and sales teams to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements * Work with executives to craft an updated brand strategy and marketing plan. * Produce quality still photography and videography equipment provided). * Write and design unique and well-crafted copy * Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future *Skills* * Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role * Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development * Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress, etc. * Excellent working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and TikTok. * Outstanding leadership and organization skills * Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
