Tim Kintz

Working for a well-respected training company for thirteen years, Tim Kintz traveled the world, taking the same messages about sales and management techniques from state to state. While the lessons learned over those years were priceless, Tim realized that hotel training was a path to irrelevance. Technology was evolving the industry at a rapid pace, and it was time to tackle a new challenge before the old one got too stale.

Since then, Tim has developed hands-on training techniques and real-world sales processes that actually work. He has delivered presentations around the world, from Russia to Puerto Rico and all over North America. Hundreds of dealerships are actively and successfully using his methods and materials to level up their skills and create faster, easier, and more relevant experiences in line with the high expectations customers have today.

Mike Sealey

Mike Sealey has a solid history (20+ years) of experience and achievement in automotive sales, profitability and training. Mike has effectively managed sales departments and personnel, developed short and long term goals and objectives while creating courses of action where necessary.

Mike’s skill at leading,managing, coaching and training led him to cohesive sales and management teams that consistently achieved aggressive goals. He has an in-depth understanding of new and pre-owned vehicle departments, financial data, and a strong knowledge of the market.

Mike works with dealers at the Kintz Group to evaluate specific needs, coach and provide the tools needed to ensure growth in sales and profitability, and a better customer experience.

Nicole Molash

Nicole has been in the automotive training field for 15 years and to say she enjoys her job would be an understatement! At the Kintz Group, she works alongside our clients to help them create a culture of training in their store. She guides them through how to hold fun and motivating training meetings, how to execute effective one-on-ones, how to set goals and give each person a road map on how to achieve them.

Nicole is personally invested in each of the stores she partners with and makes it her mission to get their units and grosses up. She takes pride in hearing how our training has changed people lives.
