There are actually three types of managers at the dealership: 1. The Builder They establish a culture of growth and competition. Builders consistently train their people. They're prepared, organized, and are always trying to find the next steps to improve their team. 2. The Maintainer These managers don't usually rock the boat and let their employees operate as they always have. Under this leadership, the dealership won't grow. They resist change more than they embrace it. 3. The Destroyer Destroyers will only be in your store for 6 months or so but manage to demolish your entire operation by then. They play favorites. They often publicly shame their employees. Destroyers will spew negativity like a fire-breathing dragon. Evaluate your management style.
