The book reads with the voice of authenticity, and as you get into the book it’s hard to decide which of these fundamentals you want/need to revisit first.

If you’ve been in the car business for years, this may read a little like “things we used to do that made us money”.

If you’re a new manager this will read like the “how to manual” for success we all wish we had when we got our first business card with the title of Mananger!

A fantastic read for anyone who is serious about building an efficient, cohesive, productive sales team. Well done Mr. Kintz.

This is a very straight forward, easy to read/understand leadership book. As if the author is sitting across from you and talking to you. He doesn’t pull punches but makes it all attainable.
What I liked best if the way the book is laid out. At the end of each chapter, he summarizes the chapter into bullet points of “Fearless Practices”. A good way to sort and find topics you want to go back and review.

Well done. A great compliment to his previous book, Frictionless.
